Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Workforce department to ensure optimal staffing levels across all accounts
- Develop and implement accurate forecasting models to predict staffing requirements
- Create and maintain efficient employee schedules to meet service level agreements
- Monitor real-time workforce performance and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and improve scheduling accuracy
- Collaborate with department heads to align workforce planning with business objectives
- Train and mentor team members on workforce management best practices
- Generate regular reports on workforce metrics and present findings to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in workforce management or scheduling in a BPO/call center environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using workforce management software
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of WFM platforms such as IEX, Calabrio, or Verint is preferred
