Are you an experienced Workpack Engineer looking to make a significant impact in the Mining, Resources & Energy sector? Cybalink Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Workpack Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will serve as the critical link between engineering design and on-site construction execution.
As a Workpack Engineer, you will take ownership of developing comprehensive construction work packs, meticulous piping documentation, and highly effective, field-ready execution plans. Your expertise will ensure that our heavy industry projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, review, and issue detailed construction work packs for complex piping and mechanical projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate piping documentation, including isometric drawings, material take-offs (MTO), and line lists.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure work packs are fully resourced and field-ready.
- Create comprehensive execution plans that prioritize safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to identify and resolve potential constructability issues prior to site mobilization.
- Provide technical support and clarification to construction teams during the execution phase.
- Ensure all documentation complies with project standards, client requirements, and regulatory codes.
- Monitor project progress and update work pack documentation to reflect any design changes or field variations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Workpack Engineer, ideally within the Mining, Resources & Energy, or Oil & Gas sectors.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering and piping drawings.
- Excellent technical writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar 3D modeling tools.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple work packs simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
