Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement and maintain endpoint security measures to protect organizational data and systems
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and access rights management
- Monitor and maintain IT compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain EUC infrastructure and solutions
- Document IT processes, procedures, and incident resolutions for knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in end user computing
Kualifikasi
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or end user computing administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with endpoint security solutions and IT compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or ITIL are advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
