Sika Group is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Collaboration Engineer to lead the strategic implementation and ongoing optimization of our Microsoft 365-based Digital Workplace. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our collaboration tools drive productivity and streamline communication across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, architect solutions, and deploy features that enhance the modern employee experience. Your role will involve not just technical configuration, but also user adoption strategies and technical support to ensure our digital environment is secure, efficient, and intuitive.
You will oversee the administration of core services including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online, ensuring they align with global compliance standards. Additionally, you will monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with network engineers to integrate collaboration platforms with broader infrastructure. Your expertise will help shape the future of how Sika Group works, fostering a connected and agile workforce. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can manage the full lifecycle of collaboration tools, from initial setup and migration to ongoing maintenance and security auditing.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Configure and maintain security policies and governance frameworks for collaboration tools.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users regarding collaboration issues.
- Develop and execute user adoption strategies and training programs.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability to ensure optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate collaboration platforms with existing IT infrastructure.
- Conduct regular audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 (e.g., MD-100, MD-102, MS-500) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, Systems Engineering, or Collaboration Engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Identity Management.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Teams administration is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and user migrations.
