Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of workplace services professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery and team cohesion.
  • Design and implement strategic programs to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee daily front-desk operations, reception, and concierge services to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Collaborate closely with facility management and IT departments to maintain a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing physical environment.
  • Analyze operational data, staff performance, and client feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, security, and sustainability standards across all managed locations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, or Hospitality Management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and client-facing skills with a focus on service delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment under pressure.
  • Proficiency in property management software, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
