Join HD Contractor Pte Ltd as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) and become a guardian of workplace safety excellence. We're seeking a MOM-registered professional with ECO certification to spearhead safety initiatives on our main contractor projects. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and implement robust safety management systems, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and foster a proactive safety culture across our construction sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement workplace safety policies compliant with MOM Singapore regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents, recommending corrective actions
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees and subcontractors
- Monitor environmental factors as certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
- Maintain safety documentation and prepare regulatory reports
- Liaise with government authorities during safety audits and inspections
Kualifikasi
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore
- Certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
- Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety management
- Strong knowledge of WSH Act (Cap. 354) and industry regulations
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
- Excellent communication and incident investigation skills
