Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management systems.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to recommend effective preventive measures.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes strictly adhere to MOM regulations and international safety standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate safety training programs and toolbox meetings for all employees and contractors.
- Manage safety documentation, permit-to-work systems, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Advise management on safety trends and best practices to improve overall site safety performance.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of the WSH Act, subsidiary legislation, and industry-specific safety standards.
- Ability to interpret complex safety requirements and translate them into actionable operational plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with workers and management.
- Proficiency in computer applications for safety reporting and data analysis.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
