Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily workshop activities to ensure project timelines and maintenance schedules are met.
- Supervise technical staff and oversee equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Implement and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance logs, inventory levels, and technical compliance reports.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all workshop operations.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize resource allocation.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure service standards align with company and industry benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in workshop management or heavy vehicle/machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mobility solutions and contemporary engineering maintenance practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software or similar workshop management tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
