Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop fabrication activities including cutting, welding, and assembly
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards
- Train and mentor fabrication teams to improve technical skills and productivity
- Monitor project progress and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and budgets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and ensure proper tool usage
- Prepare production reports and documentation for quality assurance
- Optimize fabrication processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop supervision
- Advanced knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials
- Certification in occupational health and safety standards
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Experience with fabrication machinery and CNC equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
