Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including maintenance, testing, and preparation of genset units for Data Center deployment.
- Manage and mentor technical staff to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Plan and coordinate workshop schedules to meet project installation timelines effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive inventory records of tools, spare parts, and mechanical components.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure workshop machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Enforce strict Quality Assurance (QA) standards for all installations and technical repairs.
- Prepare regular performance and activity reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a workshop management or technical supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in generator systems, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and Data Center infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical workforce.
- Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards within an industrial environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and professional problem-solving abilities.
