In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet's high performance, ensuring strict safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency within the workshop environment. You will lead a dedicated team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring that our transport services meet the high standards expected of the Causeway Link brand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair of the fleet.
- Manage and mentor a team of mechanics, technicians, and support personnel to optimize productivity.
- Implement and monitor preventative maintenance schedules to reduce unexpected vehicle downtime.
- Ensure full compliance with all local transport regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Manage workshop inventory, spare parts procurement, and vendor relationships to control costs.
- Analyze workshop performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance costs, fleet health, and team performance for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in workshop management, preferably within the transport, logistics, or heavy vehicle industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems, diagnostic tools, and fleet management software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Commitment to occupational health and safety standards.
