Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of workshop technicians and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee the end-to-end maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy vehicles and construction machinery.
- Implement and monitor workshop safety protocols to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory, spare parts procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize workshop productivity.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, reduce equipment downtime, and improve fleet reliability.
- Coordinate with internal project managers and logistics teams to ensure equipment readiness for site deployments.
- Prepare and manage the workshop budget, including resource allocation and equipment replacement planning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in workshop management, specifically within the heavy vehicle or construction equipment sector.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engine diagnostics, and heavy-duty mechanical maintenance.
- Proven track record in team leadership, personnel development, and performance management.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in maintenance management software or ERP systems.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental (WSH/EHS) policies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
