Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy equipment and commercial vehicles.
- Supervise daily workshop activities to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform detailed technical diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory levels to ensure workshop efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company SOPs and industry safety regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to minimize equipment downtime and improve fleet availability.
- Prepare accurate technical reports regarding repair history, costs, and equipment performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and workshop staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in heavy equipment or automotive maintenance management.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment systems, hydraulics, and engine maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of mechanics/technicians.
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and safety compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment in Jakarta Selatan.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and inventory management.
