Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and develop workshop personnel through targeted training programs and performance coaching
- Plan, schedule, and control daily workshop activities to align with production targets and maintenance schedules
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean manufacturing principles and cost-saving measures
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between maintenance, production, and quality control teams
- Monitor workshop performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, and equipment maintenance programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of workshop experience with 2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles
- Proven expertise in maintenance management, preventive systems, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations (K3) and ISO/quality management systems
- Advanced skills in resource planning, budget management, and cost control
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and motivate technical teams
