We are currently seeking a driven and organized Workshop Supervisor Assistant to join our production team in Klang. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Workshop Supervisor in planning and scheduling daily production tasks to meet delivery deadlines.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to the workshop team, including welders, mechanics, and assemblers.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship at various stages of the coachbuilding process to ensure compliance with blueprints and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Track inventory levels for tools, materials, and spare parts, initiating procurement requests when necessary.
- Identify production bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance workshop throughput.
- Assist in preparing daily production reports and maintaining accurate records of labor hours and material usage.
- Conduct regular tool and machinery inspections to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory or lead-hand experience in a workshop or manufacturing plant.
- Proven knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, or vehicle bodywork assembly.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications accurately.
- Willingness to work in Klang/Port Klang and handle the physical demands of a workshop environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for reporting and tracking.
