Tanggung Jawab
- Carry out manual assembly, disassembly, and cleaning of marine mechanical components.
- Operate basic mechanical hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and hazard-free workshop environment in alignment with company safety standards.
- Assist senior technicians and engineers with general mechanical and structural maintenance duties.
- Strictly adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, protocols, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Perform quality checks on assembled parts and report any component defects to the Workshop Supervisor.
- Help manage workshop inventory by keeping track of tools and materials used during shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a marine, workshop, manufacturing, or automotive environment is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and a natural aptitude for mechanical tasks.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods in a workshop environment.
- A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and operational excellence.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to commute to Joo Koon, West Region.
