- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated global territories to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Negotiate and structure complex contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
- Present regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
- Demonstrated "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting aggressive sales targets.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
