Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety management plans tailored to construction projects.
- Conduct daily and weekly site safety inspections to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Deliver regular safety training sessions and toolbox talks to ensure all workers are informed.
- Ensure strict compliance with local WSH regulations, including WSH Act 1999 and Ministry of Manpower guidelines.
- Maintain accurate safety records, incident reports, and documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety standards into all phases of construction.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant WSH certifications such as WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or NEBOSH Diploma.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a WSH role within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of the WSH Act 1999 and construction safety regulations in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and lead teams effectively.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and meet the physical demands of construction sites.
