Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and site audits to ensure full compliance with the WSH Act and industry regulations.
- Coordinate with management and operational staff to investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and facilitate safety training programs, toolbox meetings, and emergency evacuation drills for employees and contractors.
- Manage permit-to-work systems and ensure high-risk activities are performed safely.
- Provide expert advice to site management regarding safety improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive safety documentation, records, and reports for regulatory submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid WSH Level C certification (or equivalent as per MOM requirements).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Terminal operations sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to remain calm and decisive during high-pressure situations or emergency incidents.
- Possess a valid professional registration with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and safety management software.
