We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated WSH Officer cum ECO to join our growing team in the heart of Singapore River.
This dual role is essential in overseeing both workplace safety and health (WSH) and environmental control (ECO) across our project sites. You will be responsible for implementing robust safety management systems, conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and National Environment Agency (NEA), and fostering a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification to ensure a safe working environment.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage environmental control measures including waste management, pollution prevention, and compliance with NEA requirements.
- Organize and conduct safety and environmental training, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills for site personnel.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory authorities and company management.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on safety and environmental matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety culture and environmental sustainability across projects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
- Registered WSH Officer with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in Singapore.
- Certification as an Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
- At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of WSH Act, Environmental Protection Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and safety audits.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
