Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with WSH and fire safety regulations.
- Develop, implement, and review safety policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate and manage fire safety systems, including firefighting equipment, alarms, and suppression systems.
- Conduct regular fire drills and safety training sessions for employees to ensure preparedness.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in WSH, Fire Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Valid WSH Officer and/or Fire Safety Manager Certificate (e.g., SS 512).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar WSH or Fire Safety role within an industrial or commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH Act and Fire Safety Act.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and reporting.
- Proficiency in using safety management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations during emergencies.
