RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and certified WSH Officer (NEA ECO Certified) to join a leading engineering firm in the East Region. In this role, you will ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Environmental Public Health Act, and other relevant regulations. Your duties will include developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and managing environmental control measures such as waste disposal and pollution prevention. You will also coordinate and deliver WSH training programmes, maintain accurate records, and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities including MOM and NEA.
The ideal candidate is a MOM-registered WSH Officer with valid NEA ECO certification. You should possess a strong working knowledge of Singapore's WSH and environmental legislation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. A proactive mindset and dedication to fostering a culture of safety and sustainability are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, Environmental Public Health Act, and all relevant codes of practice.
- Develop, implement, and review WSH and environmental policies, procedures, and risk management plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments to prevent incidents.
- Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with corrective recommendations.
- Coordinate and conduct WSH and environmental training programmes for employees and contractors.
- Manage environmental control initiatives, including waste management, noise monitoring, and air quality control in accordance with NEA requirements.
- Liaise with MOM, NEA, and other regulatory bodies on compliance matters and submissions.
- Maintain and update all WSH and environmental documentation, records, and registers.
Kualifikasi
- Valid MOM registration as a WSH Officer.
- NEA ECO Certification (Environment, Cleanliness, and Operations or equivalent).
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in workplace safety and environmental management.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's WSH and environmental legislation and standards.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
