Join our dynamic team as a WSH Officer where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining workplace safety standards across Singapore's bustling construction sector. This fast-paced position offers the opportunity to work with a leading main contractor on diverse island-wide projects, ensuring compliance with stringent safety regulations while fostering a culture of accident prevention. Based in Aljunied, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement robust safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate safety hazards
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and risk management strategies
- Monitor compliance with Singapore's WSH Act and industry standards
- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective/preventive measures
- Coordinate safety training programs for workers and supervisory staff
- Manage safety documentation including permits, reports, and compliance records
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field
- Valid WSH Officer certification from MOM Singapore
- Minimum 2 years' construction site safety experience
- Familiarity with SS 506 and other construction safety standards
- Certified in First Aid and CPR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid Class 3 driving license (for site mobility)
