Join CBM Pte Ltd as a WSH Officer / WSH Coordinator (IFS) and drive excellence in workplace safety and health management. This critical role involves conducting comprehensive monthly scheduled and ad-hoc WSH inspections across diverse sites to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance. You will spearhead internal audits for the Integrated Management System (IMS), focusing on ISO standards and best practices. The position requires proactive implementation of safety protocols, incident investigation, and development of corrective action plans. As a key safety advocate, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a zero-incident culture while maintaining detailed documentation of all safety activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct monthly scheduled and ad-hoc WSH inspections across multiple industrial sites
- Perform internal audits for Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures
- Develop and implement WSH policies, procedures, and training programs
- Monitor compliance with Singapore's WSH Act and industry regulations
- Prepare comprehensive safety reports and incident documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors during certification processes
- Lead emergency response drills and safety awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field
- WSH Officer certification from Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on WSH experience in industrial environments
- Proficiency in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's WSH regulations and legal requirements
- Certified in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license for site visits
