As our WSH Safety Coordinator, you will act as the primary liaison for site safety compliance, conducting thorough risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety awareness across all project phases. You will work closely with site management, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure that our operations adhere to the highest standards of the Workplace Safety and Health Act. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site safety activities to ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Perform comprehensive Risk Assessment (RA) and Safe Work Procedure (SWP) reviews for all site activities.
- Facilitate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and specialized safety training for site personnel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all safety-related reports and government filings.
- Investigate site incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
- Liaise with external auditors, MOM officers, and client safety representatives regarding site safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid WSH Coordinator Certificate recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in high-hazard zones like Jurong Island or Bukom.
- In-depth knowledge of current WSH Act, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SS 607, SS 619).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify safety risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse work teams.
- Willingness to work in a demanding environment with strict safety and access protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
