Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive WSH programs aligned with Singapore regulations and ISO standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective/preventive measures
- Deliver engaging safety training programs for engineering and manufacturing personnel
- Manage WSH documentation, compliance records, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate safety into operational workflows
- Stay updated on emerging safety technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Safety Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of WSH experience in manufacturing/engineering environment
- WSH certifications (e.g., WSO, NEBOSH Diploma, or Singapore recognized equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and regulations
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies (JSA, HIRA, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite
