In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful safety training programs that empower organizations to create safer, more compliant work environments. You will act as a key advisor, guiding trainees through essential safety protocols and hands-on equipment demonstrations.
We are looking for an individual who excels at public speaking and has a deep understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. You will manage the full training lifecycle, from curriculum development and material preparation to post-training assessments. By leveraging your expertise, you will directly influence the safety culture of our diverse clientele, ensuring that every trainee leaves with practical skills they can apply immediately on the job. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging and comprehensive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training sessions for various corporate clients.
- Deliver hands-on demonstrations on the proper usage of essential safety equipment and machinery.
- Develop, update, and maintain training curriculums to ensure compliance with local WSH regulations and industry best practices.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain and calibrate training equipment to ensure it meets safety standards and functions correctly during sessions.
- Collaborate with management to identify specific safety risks and tailor training programs accordingly.
- Prepare detailed training reports and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid WSQ WSHT (Workplace Safety and Health Training) Certification or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in safety training, consultancy, or a relevant technical role.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (EP/S Pass) or PR status.
