As part of the CBRE global facilities management team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) and Reverse Osmosis Deionized (RODI) water systems. You will ensure compliance with rigorous environmental standards, optimize operational efficiency, and provide technical troubleshooting to prevent downtime in a high-stakes production environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and preventative maintenance of WWTP and RODI water treatment systems to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Perform regular water quality sampling and chemical analysis to ensure compliance with environmental and semiconductor-grade purity standards.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and control system faults within the water treatment infrastructure.
- Supervise third-party vendors and contractors performing specialized maintenance or system upgrades.
- Optimize chemical dosing processes and energy consumption to improve operational cost-efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and generate incident reports for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all site operations strictly adhere to local environmental regulations and internal Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial water treatment, specifically within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of RODI water system architecture, ion exchange processes, and wastewater reclamation technologies.
- Strong understanding of PLC/SCADA systems for automated process control and monitoring.
- Working knowledge of local DOE (Department of Environment) regulations regarding wastewater discharge.
- Ability to work independently and manage on-site technical emergencies in a high-pressure production setting.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
