In this role, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive management, troubleshooting, and optimization of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Reverse Osmosis / Deionized (RO/DI) Water Systems. Your deep understanding of water chemistry, process control, and mechanical/electrical systems will be vital in maintaining stringent quality standards, maximizing system uptime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that align with the client's aggressive production targets and sustainability commitments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the WWTP and RO/DI systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and client specifications.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and lifespan.
- Troubleshoot complex system failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance metrics, analyze data trends, and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
- Manage chemical inventories and coordinate with approved vendors for consumables and specialized services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational logs, maintenance records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure strict adherence to OSHA standards and CBRE's global safety policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing industrial WWTP and RO/DI systems, preferably within the semiconductor or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of water chemistry, membrane technologies (RO, EDI, CEDI), and ion exchange processes.
- Proven ability to read and interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, and control logic.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using CMMS and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
- Certifications in water/wastewater treatment (e.g., DOE, IWK, or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work at facility in Batu Kawan, Penang, and support shift operations / on-call duties as required.
