Yupi Indo Jelly Gum, a leading confectionery manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled and safety-oriented WWTP Supervisor to join our production facility in Karanganyar. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Wastewater Treatment Plant to ensure 100% compliance with environmental regulations and company sustainability standards.
As a WWTP Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain operational efficiency, monitor effluent quality, and implement proactive maintenance protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and monitoring of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure optimal functionality.
- Analyze daily water quality samples and adjust chemical dosing/processes to meet environmental discharge standards.
- Lead and mentor the WWTP operations team to ensure safe working practices and high productivity.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and coordinate preventive maintenance for pumps, aerators, and filtration systems.
- Manage inventory of water treatment chemicals and ensure accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with local environmental authorities regarding reports and compliance audits.
- Document all operational data, chemical usage, and maintenance logs in accordance with ISO standards.
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and water consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment operations, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local environmental regulations (AMDAL, KLH standards) and waste management processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and chemical processes under pressure.
- Experience in team management and shift scheduling.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance.
- Willingness to be based in Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
