As a supervisor, you will be the technical lead responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of water chemistry, environmental compliance, and plant operations management. You will play a critical role in optimizing plant performance, ensuring that all treated discharge meets environmental regulatory standards, and mentoring junior staff to maintain high safety and operational protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze water quality data to ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and discharge standards.
- Manage the procurement and usage of chemicals and consumables necessary for treatment processes.
- Coordinate and supervise technical teams to perform routine maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant safety and emergency responses.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly reports on operational status, chemical usage, and plant efficiency.
- Conduct regular training for operational staff on safety standards and technical equipment handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in WWTP operations or industrial water treatment management.
- Strong knowledge of local environmental laws, specifically related to wastewater discharge and waste management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues within a plant environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Proficiency in using monitoring software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
- Valid certification in wastewater treatment operation is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
