We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated WWTP & Utility Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of our Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) and essential utility systems, including boilers, compressed air, and water distribution networks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering or industrial operations, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational uptime. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that all utility processes support our manufacturing output seamlessly while adhering to strict local environmental regulations and internal sustainability goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to ensure effluent quality meets regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain all plant utility systems, including boilers, chillers, HVAC, air compressors, and water treatment units.
- Lead and mentor the utility maintenance team, scheduling shifts and ensuring technical proficiency.
- Monitor utility consumption metrics and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce operational costs.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental permits (SPPL/AMDAL) and mandatory reporting.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Manage chemical inventory and procurement related to water treatment and utility processes.
- Coordinate with production departments to ensure utility support aligns with manufacturing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in industrial WWTP operations or facility management.
- In-depth knowledge of water treatment technologies, biological and chemical processes, and local environmental regulations.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and chemical utility issues.
- Proficiency in using utility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
