- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and enjoyment while maintaining professional hospitality standards
- Plan and execute safe voyages, including navigation, route optimization, and weather monitoring
- Manage and supervise crew members, assigning duties and ensuring operational efficiency
- Oversee vessel maintenance, mechanical systems, and compliance with maritime regulations
- Coordinate guest services, including itinerary planning, onboard experiences, and special requests
- Manage inventory provisioning and supply chain logistics for vessel operations
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and compliance documentation
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure adherence to safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Valid Captain's License (Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience as yacht captain in luxury vessels
- Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations and emergency procedures
