Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze manufacturing yield data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement comprehensive process improvement plans to reduce cycle times and waste.
- Conduct value engineering analysis to optimize material usage and reduce production costs without compromising product quality.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades and technological enhancements to support production goals.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for management regarding yield performance and cost-saving milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards while executing process optimizations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor sector.
- Strong proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, or advanced Excel/SQL).
- Deep understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and delivering cost-reduction initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both written and verbal English.
- Ability to adapt to changing production schedules and work effectively under pressure.
