As a Yield and Value Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring real-time production data, identifying anomalies, and conducting root-cause analysis on product defects. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily production output and yield performance metrics to identify variances.
- Perform root-cause analysis on production defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and reduce manufacturing waste.
- Conduct routine audits of production lines to ensure adherence to quality control standards and SOPs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on yield performance, trend analysis, and process deviation summaries.
- Assist in the validation of new equipment, materials, or process changes on the production floor.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize cycle times and enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or semiconductor production.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Working knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, Six Sigma, or similar quality management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to diverse teams.
- High level of technical proficiency and ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule and perform effectively under minimal supervision.
