Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing process yields to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of performance deviations.
- Lead and execute yield improvement projects to reduce scrap, rework, and cycle time.
- Conduct statistical data analysis (SPC) to maintain process stability and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with production and process engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment or material-related yield issues.
- Document engineering findings, prepare technical reports, and present data-driven recommendations to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen/Six Sigma) initiatives to optimize throughput and efficiency.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety protocols and industry quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Science).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools and data visualization software.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across different plant levels.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques such as 8D or Fishbone diagramming.
