Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze non-conforming parts and determine appropriate disposition (use, repair, rework, or scrap)
- Develop and implement yield improvement strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Document and report yield data to track performance trends
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manufacturing waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or quality control
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
