Micron Semiconductors is looking for a dedicated Yield Process Analysis Technician to join our state-of-the-art facility in Woodlands. In this role, you will be at the forefront of failure analysis, playing a critical role in identifying root causes of yield loss and ensuring the highest quality standards for our memory and storage solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform detailed physical and electrical failure analysis on semiconductor wafers and components.
- Operate advanced analytical equipment such as SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), FIB (Focused Ion Beam), and X-ray systems.
- Document analysis findings accurately within the yield management database to support process improvements.
- Collaborate with process engineers to investigate yield deviations and execute corrective action plans.
- Execute complex experiments and prepare samples for inspection using specialized wet and dry processing tools.
- Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor production line data trends to proactively identify potential yield bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a failure analysis lab environment.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools such as optical microscopes, SEM/EDX, and circuit probing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to engineering teams.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with strict adherence to ESD and safety standards.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software is a significant advantage.
