Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality yogurt bowls and beverages according to standard recipes and quality control guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and service area at all times.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and handle cash efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Support the team in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a barista, server, or in a fast-paced F&B environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a busy, high-energy setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of English for guest interaction is preferred.
