Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive youth development programs aligned with national standards.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and community events that promote skillâbuilding and leadership.
- Establish partnerships with schools, NGOs, and local businesses to expand program reach.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Manage youth center operations, including resource allocation and volunteer coordination.
- Advise local government officials on youthârelated policies and trends.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in youth programming, community development, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven project management abilities, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting for program monitoring.
- Knowledge of Philippine youth development frameworks and policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital collaboration tools.
- Must be a Filipino citizen and eligible to work in the Ilocos Region.
