Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct guidance and mentorship to students, promoting positive behavioral development and academic engagement.
- Design, plan, and facilitate engaging youth development programs, workshops, and group activities.
- Identify students who require additional emotional or social support and implement timely intervention strategies.
- Act as a trusted liaison between students, educators, parents, and external community agencies.
- Manage and maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and administrative records for the student support team.
- Provide on-the-ground support during crisis situations, ensuring student safety and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Assist in fostering a positive school culture by promoting core values and inclusive practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work, or Education.
- Prior experience working with youth in a school, community centre, or social service agency is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and emotional resilience in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and standard case management documentation.
- Availability to commit to the contract/temp schedule, including occasional after-hours or weekend events as needed.
