Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor z/OS system operations, ensuring high availability and performance stability.
- Administer and troubleshoot JCL (Job Control Language), TSO/ISPF, and z/OS utilities.
- Support CICS (Customer Information Control System) and DB2 environments to ensure seamless application functionality.
- Perform system security administration using RACF to protect sensitive data.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze system logs to proactively resolve issues before they impact production.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and upgrades to the mainframe environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience as a z/OS Systems Engineer or Administrator.
- Strong working knowledge of z/OS commands, JCL, TSO/ISPF, and CICS.
- Familiarity with z/OS Unix System Services (z/OS UNIX) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Relevant mainframe certifications (e.g., z/OS Technical Support Specialist) are a plus.
