Lead the CRM Revolution at Ventas Call Center!
Ventas Call Center, a dynamic and rapidly growing force in the BPO industry, is seeking a highly skilled Zoho CRM Developer to architect, automate, and scale our customer relationship ecosystem based in Taytay, Rizal. This is a high-impact role where you will be the primary technical authority on the Zoho platform, driving efficiency across both our B2B and B2C operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into powerful, automated solutions. This includes developing custom modules, implementing robust workflows (Deluge scripting), integrating with third-party APIs (Zapier, REST APIs), and configuring advanced analytics in Zoho Analytics. Your efforts will directly enhance lead management, sales pipeline velocity, and overall customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and fields to meet specific business requirements.
- Build complex workflows, blueprints, approval processes, and automations using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications (e.g., telephony systems, marketing platforms, ERP) via REST APIs and middleware like Zapier.
- Create and manage sophisticated reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Zoho Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Perform data migration, data deduplication, and data hygiene maintenance to ensure a clean and reliable CRM database.
- Develop and maintain custom functions (Deluge) and webhooks for B2B and B2C lead management and sales automation.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to internal teams to maximize CRM adoption and efficiency.
- Document all development processes, integrations, and system architectures for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Zoho CRM Developer or Zoho Technical Consultant.
- Expert-level proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho CRM API integration (both REST and Bulk APIs).
- Strong experience with Zoho ecosystem (Creator, Books, Inventory, Desk, Analytics).
- Solid understanding of CRM best practices, data modeling, and sales/marketing workflows in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing and able to work onsite at our office in Taytay, Rizal.
