Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in insurance/financial services
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in team management
- Strong strategic planning and business development acumen
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid PRC license (if applicable to insurance sector)
