Gojek is Southeast Asia's leading on-demand platform, revolutionizing daily life through mobility (GoRide), food delivery (GoFood), logistics (GoSend), and payments (GoPay). We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zone General Manager – Bandung to act as the CEO of our business in one of Indonesia's most vibrant cities.
Reporting directly to the Regional Head, you will take full ownership of the Bandung zone. Your primary mandate is to drive aggressive, sustainable growth in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) while meticulously managing the Profit & Loss. You will lead a cross-functional team of high achievers across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations. Your success will be measured on your ability to balance market share growth with operational excellence, driver and merchant satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for deeply understanding the local market landscape, identifying growth levers, and crafting hyper-local initiatives. This demands an analytical mind, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will work tirelessly to ensure that our driver partners earn well, our merchants grow their businesses, and our users always choose Gojek for their daily needs.
We are looking for a battle-tested leader with a proven track record in marketplace or logistics management. You must possess deep experience in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and team development. You understand the nuances of the on-demand economy and have a passion for building businesses from the ground up. Tanggung Jawab
- Full P&L ownership of the Bandung zone, driving GMV, revenue, and contribution margin targets.
- Develop and execute a hyper-local strategic roadmap covering user acquisition, merchant partnerships, and driver supply and engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing cross-functional team of 50+ members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local regulators, community leaders, and strategic partners.
- Dive deep into operational metrics to identify root causes for inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Champion a culture of safety, customer obsession, integrity, and high performance.
- Act as the primary local voice to the centralized product and tech teams, advocating for features that drive local impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in general management, business operations, or strategy roles, ideally in Tech, On-Demand services, or Logistics.
- Proven experience leading a sizable team and managing a complex P&L with accountability for top and bottom lines.
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

- Based in Bandung or willing to relocate immediately.
