- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Global Markets region, driving profitable growth and market leadership.
- Oversee full P&L management, including revenue targets, cost control, and profitability across all countries in the zone.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies tailored to each market’s maturity and dynamics, from developed to high-growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse team across multiple countries, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and GE Healthcare’s global policies.
- Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities, including new product launches and strategic partnerships.
- Represent GE Healthcare in industry events, conferences, and public forums to enhance brand reputation and thought leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, medical devices, or technology sectors, with at least 5 years in a regional executive role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L across multiple countries in Asia-Pacific.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and market dynamics in ASEAN, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, remote teams and build a culture of inclusion and innovation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 50%).
