Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across multiple industries.
- Proactively source candidates using social media platforms, professional networks, and direct headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability against job specifications.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a generalist or 360 recruitment agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software (ATS) and social media for sourcing.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
