Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, payroll administration, and employee records maintenance.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals, training, and development programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications to boost retention and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and build professional relationships across all levels.
