Tanggung Jawab
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones.
- Assisting in the creation and optimization of engaging job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and recruitment pipeline integrity.
- Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and assisting with recruitment marketing efforts on LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Assisting in administrative tasks related to the onboarding process for new hires.
- Sourcing passive candidates through proactive research and networking techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Indonesian.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take initiative in a professional setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
