In this role, you will serve as the face of our company during various Job Fair events, ensuring we attract top talent and represent our brand professionally.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage our company booth, greet prospective candidates, and provide them with information regarding open positions. You will assist candidates in the application process, distribute company brochures, and collect resumes. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company booth appearance and materials during Job Fair events.
- Greet and welcome job seekers, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Engage with candidates to understand their skills and interests.
- Distribute company brochures, flyers, and application forms to prospective candidates.
- Collect and organize resumes and application forms submitted during events.
- Answer candidate inquiries regarding company culture and available positions.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to process applications collected on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and willingness to work in Balikpapan.
